Vulcan Heating and Air Conditioning, Birmingham, AL, P1 Service, Lenexa, KS and Rieck Service, Dayton, OH have joined together to form Best in Class Technology Services (BCTS). Investment for the new venture is provided by private equity group Dunes Point Capital of Rye, NY. The combined service group will have [12] branches and approximately $130 million of revenue. DPC is also investing in Rieck Construction and P-1 Construction.
